Florida PACE Energy Assistance Program

Residential pace funding is available in many Florida locations. New cities and counties are being added regularly.

Participation in the Pace Energy Assistance Program

The following counties participate in the Florida PACE Program.

  • Miami-Dade County
  • Hillsborough County
  • Pasco County
  • Broward County
  • Marion County
  • Palm Beach County

Each municipality maintains their own set of rules for eligibility, and we’ll help you navigate those rules to find the best possible outcome. For all locations, taxes must have been paid on time for the last 3 years. Some locations allow condos and townhomes, while some do not.

All locations work with several PACE providers in Florida. Those providers install solar panels, air conditioning, roofing, windows and doors, water heaters, and many other energy efficient upgrades.

Only government approved contractors are allowed to participate in the Florida PACE Program, ensuring quality workmanship and materials for all upgrades to your home. PACE programs in Florida are being approved in new cities and counties on a regular basis. We do our best to keep this page up to date, but it may not be an exhaustive list.
